Alternative healthcare and medicines may be classified as Schedule 8 drugs and controlled substances in Australia. This means special approval is required for prescribing, and not everyone, including children, may qualify.

If prescribed, your electronic prescription is securely sent to KarmaPharma, our clinic’s online pharmacy portal.

Within an hour, you will receive a notification to complete the payment for your eScript. Simply enter your details and finalise the payment securely online.


Your medication is carefully packed and delivered discreetly straight to your door.
KarmaPharma is CannaTelehealth’s secure pharmacy portal designed to simplify prescription processing. It connects patients with authorised pharmacy partners and provides direct access to eScripts and required TGA Authorised Prescriber documentation. This reduces manual processing between the clinic and the pharmacy, helping ensure faster, secure medication fulfilment.
At CannaTelehealth, we believe in clear and accessible pricing at every stage of your healthcare journey. Whether you are a new patient exploring alternative therapy options or an existing patient needing a follow-up appointment, our telehealth clinic offers flexible and affordable consultations with qualified professionals.
All consultations are conducted by CannaTelehealth practitioners who are AHPRA-registered doctors and have completed additional accredited training with Medihaunna Education, a leading education platform that supports clinicians to engage, learn and connect with industry experts.
Where treatment is prescribed, electronic prescriptions (eScripts) are securely transmitted to KarmaPharma, our online pharmacy portal, for medication ordering and fulfilment.
This includes a full clinical workup by a General Practitioner. We will determine whether alternative healthcare is right for you, and we will determine an appropriate dose and product.
When trialing new alternative therapies our doctors may wish to check in on progress and changes to make sure dosage is correct for you.
